These terms cover your use of the relayard website and hosted service provided by TXYOU, LLC. Use relayard only if you can agree to these terms and have authority to access the projects and accounts you connect. The application license is addressed separately below.
1. What relayard provides
relayard connects an authorized client to tools available for a selected Xcode project on your Mac. Features depend on your app version, Xcode, discovered tools, client capabilities, permissions and service availability. We do not guarantee a successful build, correct AI output, App Store approval or completion of a task within a particular number of messages.
2. Your projects, permissions and responsibility
You retain ownership of your project content. Connecting a project authorizes the processing and transmission needed to carry out the operations you enable. Only connect material you have the right to use and share. Protect your credentials, review tool permissions, maintain backups and review changes before committing, publishing or shipping them.
Build scripts, macros, tests and other project code can execute locally. You are responsible for choosing trusted projects and reviewing requested operations. Pausing or revoking access does not undo completed changes or automatically cancel all work already running.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use relayard for unlawful access, credential theft, malware, infringement, harassment or unauthorized processing of another person's data. Do not bypass authorization, defeat service safeguards or disrupt the service. These restrictions do not limit rights that applicable law gives you and cannot waive.
4. Third-party services and usage limits
Your Apple, Xcode, ChatGPT and other third-party accounts remain subject to their own terms. relayard does not include an AI subscription, transfer Codex conversation history automatically or reset, expand or bypass another service's usage limits. You must have the required model access, remaining usage and tool support.
5. App license and Apple purchases
For an app acquired through Apple's App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies unless a custom EULA is supplied with that app's listing. This website's service terms do not replace the applicable app license. A separately distributed build may include its own license.
These terms describe relayard 1.0. Check current download availability; this page is not confirmation of App Store approval or availability in your region.
The Free plan continues with one active business project. You can change that project after safely pausing the previous selection and resolving active or unknown work. Relayard Pro supports up to five projects and does not expand any locally approved permissions.
Pro Annual is an optional auto-renewing App Store subscription with a US base price of $39.90 per year. Eligible new subscribers receive seven days free, followed by the displayed annual price unless cancelled before the trial ends. Apple determines trial eligibility and shows local pricing before confirmation. Sign in to the relayard account you want to associate with the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. In Clients & account, use Restore purchases to recover the entitlement for the associated relayard account, or Manage Apple subscription to manage renewal. Apple also explains how to manage or cancel a subscription and request a refund. Refund eligibility follows Apple's process and applicable consumer law. Contacting relayard, uninstalling the app or deleting your relayard account does not cancel renewal.
When Pro ends, the Free project limit applies to new operations. Existing results and controls to pause, stop or revoke remain available. Subscription expiry does not cancel code already running in Xcode.
6. Privacy and confidentiality
The Privacy Policy explains the handling of account data, requested code, logs and images. Do not connect a project if its confidentiality rules prohibit transmission to the relay or the AI provider you select.
7. Availability, suspension and stopping use
Maintenance, third-party changes and connectivity problems can interrupt service. We may restrict access when needed to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements. You may stop using relayard and revoke access at any time. To request deletion of service-held information, follow your privacy choices; stopping use and deleting data are separate actions.
8. Warranties and your statutory rights
To the extent permitted by law, the website and hosted service are provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Any rights and remedies under the applicable app license remain in place.
9. Changes, independence and contact
Updated terms will appear here with a revised date. We will provide notice of material changes where required by law. relayard is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple or OpenAI.
